Who I help
You might be already working and considering your next career move or ..... finishing college, university or an apprenticeship looking for your first real career opportunity. You might be considering further study or training or setting up your own business so you can work for yourself.... you may have lots of ideas, no direction at all yet, or find yourself torn between different options .....
Wherever you are starting from, I will help you cut through the noise, understand yourself and your options more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
How I help
We start with you. I help you tune-in to yourself - your interests, values, strengths, dreams and ambitions. Then we look outwards, exploring the ever-changing world we live in, the opportunities it presents and where you might fit, contribute, feel fulfilled and be rewarded.
From there, we use what you have discovered to explore opportunities, make decisions, and develop the confidence and practical skills to move forward. And if you like, I will continue to work with you as your career gets underway.

Why work with me?
I have spent most of my career helping young people recognise their unique potential, build confidence in themselves and prepare for working life. After almost 20 years in industry where I managed young teams, I spent 15 years at University of Galway (Ireland), where I worked with hundreds of students and graduates as they prepared for and started their careers.
All of this experience has taught me a great deal about helping young people to kickstart their careers.
